CHALLENGE:

The rapid-growing start-up will grow to double its current size in the next year, and management felt the need to understand individual leadership styles and strengthen organizational cohesiveness to take the expanding firm to the next level.

RESULTS:

During the workshop, the team came up with a powerful set of values in alignment with the company values. Positioned as a "Northern Star", this set of values helps to support the behavior of the board team. Follow-up one-on-one coaching sessions were held to strengthen their goals and actions, resulting in positive feedback about the tangible changes seen in daily work. A similar program for leaders continues in 2021.
