CHALLENGE:

 

Global holding headquarters runs global intrapreneur initiatives for 40 brands across 15 countries. In order to boost the awareness of the global event and increase the number of nominees from the Japan subsidiary, Mana designed and facilitated "Creativity & Innovation" workshops together with the Japan subsidiary team.

 

RESULTS:

 

The number of entry from Japan to the global event exceeded the initial target and significant positive feedback was heard from the Japan team as well as the participants. After the global event, the nominated participants became ambassadors in spreading the initiative spirit within the Japan subsidiary. Mana was asked to run an exclusive "Creativity & Innovation" event for one of the brands, led by the regional president. She is still involved in the company's intrapreneur initiatives via online sessions and workshops.
