Large Japanese Consulting Company

CHALLENGE:

The high-performing APAC team based in various regions was inundated with daily work and lacked the opportunity to collaborate during the work-from-home period of the pandemic. The company felt a need to strengthen trust and teamwork as "One Team" for further business expansion. It was the first time gathering the APAC team in three groups (approximately 100 members) for online workshops to share common experiences. 

RESULTS:

The participants were happy to meet each other on Zoom to share similar experiences during the work-from-home period. The participants were able to discuss how each individual in each position and region can contribute to the company. The post-workshop questionnaire showed more than 90% of the participants were highly satisfied with the experience and were able to deeply connect to each other on a personal level.
