In a rapidly-moving environment with continuous M&A, the directors and managers had little to no time to reflect on their leadership and learn from each other across divisions. People joining the firm were required to understand the corporate culture and perform immediately, often resulting in communication challenges among team members.

 

RESULTS:

 

Through numerous workshops over the years, participants have became more engaged and committed to leadership that aligns with the fast-moving company's goals, leading to feedback and smooth communication from cross-functional members. In 2020, workshop delivery has shifted online to accompany the work-from-home environment.
