Japanese Subsidiary of Global Organization

 

 

CHALLENGE:

 

The Japanese client operated with a domestic mentality but needed to change its style and culture to fit the needs of the foreign parent company. Due to continuous changes within the organization, employees were resistant to adopting new ways of financial reporting, global collaboration with alliance partners, and aligning with the global standard. Employee engagement had been an issues in the last few years, leading to attrition.

  

RESULTS:

 

Through continuous coaching and workshops, the teams have been working more collaboratively and effectively, adopting a growth mindset to find opportunity in any situation. The leadership team is adapting and adjusting to the new organization structure and communication with the global leadership team. APAC and global are happy with the communication and teamwork improvements and business relationships are growing stronger. The workshops led by Steph continue today.
