CHALLENGE:

 

With their intense schedules, employees found they had little time and opportunity to communicate and collaborate beyond their individual tasks. Working from home provided day-to-day freedom but made it difficult to achieve team unification. Also, as the company grew, management team felt the gap between their messages and how they are understood by employees.

  

RESULTS:

 

Workshops focused on leadership and communication for individuals, team and organization. The company gathered all employees, including the CEO, to meet in person for the first time. They were happy to meet face-to-face in a safe environment and learn about each other's strengths and perspectives, sharing vulnerabilities and building trust. We are receiving positive feedback from the CEO that changes are happening in daily work. this project is currently going strong.
